文件封印區（以下稱「本 App」）是一個在你的裝置本機以 AES-256-GCM 加密存放檔案的工具。本 App 沒有伺服器，不提供雲端儲存、同步或備份。
以下任一情況都會使封印區內的全部內容永久無法還原，且開發者無法協助：忘記 PIN 碼；PIN 碼連續輸入錯誤 5 次（本 App 會自動銷毀所有內容）；重新註冊 Face ID / Touch ID 導致金鑰失效；刪除本 App；更換、重置、遺失或損壞裝置。本 App 主動排除於 iCloud 與電腦備份之外，備份重要檔案是你的責任，請自行用「搬到檔案」或「分享」另存副本。
本 App 的設計目標是：檔案僅存於本機並加密，金鑰須同時通過生物辨識（或裝置密碼）與 PIN 才會釋出，開發者無法讀取你的內容。本 App 無法防護以下情況：已越獄或遭植入惡意程式的裝置、作業系統本身的漏洞、App 解鎖期間的記憶體讀取、螢幕截圖或錄影、你自行分享或搬出的解密副本、知道你裝置密碼並取得你 PIN 的人。
本 App 完全離線運作，不連線任何伺服器；唯一的網路使用是 Apple 的購買驗證。本 App 不要求背景權限。
所有檔案都儲存在你的裝置本機，本 App 不提供雲端儲存空間。免費方案可存放的容量以 App 內顯示為準。「無容量上限」是一次性買斷的 App 內購買（非消耗型商品），沒有訂閱與自動續訂，由 Apple App Store 依你所在地區的價格收費；購買後解除免費方案的容量上限並解鎖進階功能，實際可存放的容量取決於裝置剩餘空間，並與其他 App 共用。同一 Apple 帳號的其他裝置可透過「恢復購買」免費取回。退款依 Apple 政策處理，開發者無法直接退款；若 Apple 撤銷該筆購買，進階功能會回到免費方案，已存放的檔案仍可檢視、搬出與刪除。
本 App 依「現狀」及「可用」狀態提供，不保證無錯誤、不中斷或符合你的特定需求。在法律允許的最大範圍內，開發者對因使用或無法使用本 App 所導致的任何資料遺失、損壞、外洩，或任何直接、間接、附帶、衍生的損失，不負賠償責任。
你必須遵守所在地法律使用本 App，不得存放、傳送或散布違法內容。你有責任妥善保管裝置密碼與 PIN。
條款更新時會在 App 內要求重新同意。繼續使用即表示接受新版條款。

Private Docs Vault ("the App") stores files on your device, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The App has no server and provides no cloud storage, sync, or backup.
Any of the following makes all vault content permanently unrecoverable, and the developer cannot help: forgetting your PIN; entering a wrong PIN 5 times in a row (the App destroys all content); re-enrolling Face ID / Touch ID, which invalidates the key; deleting the App; replacing, resetting, losing, or damaging your device. The App is excluded from iCloud and computer backups. Backing up important files is your responsibility; use "Move to Files" or "Share" to keep copies.
Files stay on-device and encrypted; the key is released only after biometrics (or device passcode) plus your PIN; the developer cannot read your content. The App cannot protect against jailbroken or compromised devices, operating-system vulnerabilities, memory access while unlocked, screenshots or screen recording, decrypted copies you share or export, or someone who knows your device passcode and obtains your PIN.
The App works entirely offline and connects to no server; the only network use is Apple's purchase verification. It requests no background permissions.
All files are stored locally on your device; the App provides no cloud storage. The free plan has the storage limit shown in the App. "No Storage Limit" is a one-time in-app purchase (non-consumable) billed by the Apple App Store at the price shown for your region; there is no subscription and nothing renews. It removes the free plan's storage cap and unlocks the advanced features; how much you can actually store depends on your device's free space, which is shared with other apps. Restore it for free on other devices signed in with the same Apple Account. Refunds follow Apple's policy; the developer cannot issue refunds directly. If Apple revokes the purchase, the advanced features return to the free plan, and stored files remain viewable, exportable, and deletable.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any data loss, corruption, disclosure, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.
Use the App lawfully. Do not store, transmit, or distribute illegal content. Keep your device passcode and PIN safe.
When these terms change, the App will ask you to accept them again. Continued use means acceptance.
