No tracking, no ads, no third-party SDKs, no account, no servers. Your game progress stays on your device.
This policy explains how Sassy Monkeys (猴子吱吱, "the App") handles your data. The App is made by musicloveAI, an independent developer ("we").
1. We collect no personal data
The App does not collect, store on our side, or transmit any personal or usage data, including but not limited to: name, email, phone number, device identifiers, the advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, location, contacts, photos, usage behavior, game history, crash logs and diagnostics. The App's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".
2. No tracking
The App does not track you across apps or websites and shares nothing with data brokers, so it never asks for tracking permission.
3. No ads, no third-party SDKs
The App shows no ads and contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, social-login or any other third-party SDKs.
4. No account, no servers
You never sign up or log in. We run no servers, and the App sends nothing to us.
5. Where your progress and settings live
- Your game progress (which levels you've cleared) and settings (such as sound on/off) are stored only in the App's folder on your device. The App never uploads them to the cloud or to any server, and we cannot see them.
- Deleting the App deletes your progress and settings, and we cannot restore them. "Settings → Reset All Progress" in the App also erases your progress.
- The progress file is marked excluded from iCloud Backup and computer backups, so it never leaves your device in any form. Deleting the app deletes it.
6. Network use
Apart from App Store purchases and restoring purchases, the App does not use the internet. Links in Settings such as "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Use" open this website in Safari. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages and uses no cookies, analytics, trackers or external fonts; as the host, GitHub may keep standard access logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations. 7. Purchases are handled by Apple
Park unlocks and "Buy the Developer a Coffee" tips are App Store in-app purchases. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple. The App only learns, through Apple's StoreKit, whether a park has been purchased; it never receives your name, Apple Account, payment method or any payment details. 8. Children's privacy
The App is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no data from anyone, it collects no personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). Parents can restrict in-app purchases with iOS Screen Time.
9. When you email us
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply to you. We never use them for marketing or share them with anyone, and you can ask us to delete our correspondence at any time.
10. Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. The data on your device is entirely under your control: delete the App to remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a future version ever needs to collect any data, we will say so clearly in the App beforehand and update the App Store privacy label.
