Tap the gear icon at the top right of the lobby → Settings → Purchase → Restore Purchases. The purchase screen also has a Restore Purchases button.

• Make sure your device is signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
• "Buy the Developer a Coffee" tips are consumables. They don't need to be restored (and can't be), and they never unlocked anything anyway.

Settings → Purchase → Redeem Code (the unlock screen has the same button). Enter the code and the park unlocks for free, no payment needed. Codes are created by the developer in App Store Connect and handled by Apple.

• Each code works once and has an expiry date; ask the person who gave it to you if it doesn't work.
• In-app redemption needs iOS 18 or later. On iOS 17, open the redemption link the code came with, or redeem it in the App Store app (your picture at the top right → Redeem Gift Card or Code), then tap Restore Purchases in the app.

Generally, no. To keep our promise of collecting no data, your progress is stored only on this device, and the app never uploads or syncs it to the cloud.

• Unlocked parks: tap Restore Purchases on the new device to get them back for free.
• Level progress: starts over.
• The progress file is excluded from iCloud and computer backups, so restoring a backup or switching phones will not bring your progress along (that is how we keep it truly off the cloud).

Tap Ask the Old Monkey. He'll show you the next step and explain why (for example, "this turf has only one square left"). Every level has exactly one solution and never needs guessing.

• Back Off!: look for a row, column or turf with only one square left. After you place a monkey, its row, column, turf and all 8 surrounding squares can't hold another monkey, so mark them with bananas. You can turn on automatic bananas for every level in Settings.
• Hangry!: start from corners and squares with only one way to go. Remember that every square must be filled and vines can't cross.

• Check Silent mode first: the Ring/Silent switch on the side of your iPhone, or the Action button on newer models. The app respects Silent mode and never interrupts your music.
• Turn the volume up and check that no Bluetooth headphones or speakers are connected.
• In the app's Settings, make sure Sound Effects and Music are switched on.
• Still silent? Close the app completely from the app switcher and open it again.

No. "Buy the Developer a Coffee" is purely a thank-you and unlocks no features, content or levels.

• 每組代碼只能用一次，而且有期限；用不了的話請問送你代碼的人。
• 在 App 內直接兌換需要 iOS 18 以上。iOS 17 請打開代碼附的兌換網址，或到 App Store（右上角頭像 →「兌換禮品卡或代碼」）輸入，然後回到 App 按「恢復購買」。

基本上不會。為了不收集任何資料，遊戲進度只存在這台裝置裡，App 不會把進度上傳或同步到雲端。

• 已買斷的樂園：在新裝置按「恢復購買」就能免費拿回。
• 關卡進度：會從頭開始。
• 進度檔已設定不納入 iCloud 備份與電腦備份，所以換手機或從備份回復時，進度不會跟著過去（這是為了做到「完全不上雲端」）。

按「問問老猴子」。老猴子會告訴你下一步，以及為什麼（例如「這塊地盤只剩一格」）。每一關都只有唯一解、不需要猜，一定能靠推理解開。

• 不要貼貼！：先找「只剩一格」的行、列或地盤。放下一隻猴子後，同一行、同一列、同一塊地盤和周圍 8 格都不能再放猴子，可以先用香蕉標起來。設定裡可以打開「每一關都自動放香蕉」。
• 香蕉外送中：先從角落和「只剩一條路可走」的格子下手；記得每一格都要鋪滿，藤蔓不能交叉。

• 先檢查靜音：iPhone 側邊的響鈴／靜音開關，或新款 iPhone 的動作按鈕是否切到靜音。App 會遵守靜音模式，也不會打斷你正在聽的音樂。
• 調高音量，並確認沒有連著藍牙耳機或喇叭。
• 到 App 的「設定」確認「音效」與「背景音樂」都有打開。
• 還是沒聲音：把 App 從多工畫面完全關掉，再重新開啟。

不會。「請開發者喝杯咖啡」純粹是心意，不會解鎖任何功能、內容或關卡。
