Welcome to Sassy Monkeys (猴子吱吱, "the App"), made by musicloveAI, an independent developer ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control. This license is provided under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms supplement it, and if they conflict, Apple's standard EULA prevails.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer or modify the App; extract, copy or distribute its levels, artwork, sounds or music; or circumvent its in-app purchases in any way.
2. Free content and park unlocks
- The App is free to download, and the first 50 levels of every park are free.
- Each park can be unlocked on its own with a non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks all of that park's levels. You pay once: there is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Prices are those shown by the App Store in your region.
- On a new device or after reinstalling, use "Settings → Restore Purchases" with the same Apple Account to get your parks back for free.
3. Buy the Developer a Coffee (tips)
- "Buy the Developer a Coffee" is a voluntary tip offered as a consumable in-app purchase.
- Tips unlock no features, content or levels and buy no service; the App is exactly the same with or without them.
- A tip is consumed as soon as the purchase completes. It cannot be restored, and we do not offer returns on our side.
4. Refunds
All purchases are billed and processed by Apple, and we cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple under Apple's policies at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides. If Apple refunds and revokes a park unlock, that park's paid levels may lock again.
5. Personal use
Park unlocks belong to the Apple Account that bought them and do not support Family Sharing. You can use them on all of your own devices signed in with that Apple Account by tapping Restore Purchases. Tips (consumables) are not shared either.
6. Game progress
Your progress is stored only on your device; the App offers no cloud saves. Deleting the App, resetting your device or resetting progress in the App permanently erases your progress, and we cannot recover it. Unlocked parks can be restored, but level progress is not restored with them.
7. Intellectual property
The monkey characters in the App (including Zhizhi, the Old Monkey and all other monkeys), their expressions, artwork, the App icon, sound effects, music, levels and text are original works of musicloveAI, and all rights are reserved. "猴子吱吱", "Sassy Monkeys" and the park names are names of the App. The logic-puzzle genres the App uses are classic public rules, and we claim no exclusive rights over the rules themselves.
Apple, App Store, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the App is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost progress) arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of your country.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date on this page. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated terms.
